The Marketing Machine · a 5-day live challenge for local business owners

Build the marketing that runs while you work.

One hour a day at 10am Pacific, Monday, November 16 to Friday, November 20. Done before lunch. Every day you build one piece live, and you leave with it finished: a flyer that doesn't look AI-made, a page for your offer, a form that answers people at 9pm, and a week of posts in your own voice.

by friday, you'll have
1claude that sounds like you
2a flyer that doesn't look AI-made
3a page for your offer
4follow-up that answers at 9pm
5a week of posts, and the next one drafting itself
Each one built live, in the Claude app. No code, no homework.

You didn't start a business to do its marketing.

But somebody has to. So it happens at night, after close, in whatever time is left. You post when you remember. The flyer gets made in ten minutes and it looks like every other AI flyer on Instagram. And the questions owners ask me keep coming back to the same one:

“People are landing on the website, but how come they're not reaching out?”
a question owners bring me
“If somebody emailed me on Saturday, I don't work on Sunday, so I wouldn't get back to them until Monday.”

By Monday, some of his leads had already started a trial at another gym.

None of that is a talent problem. Every piece of your marketing still runs through you, by hand, when you have a minute. The fix is building the pieces once, so they keep working when you're with a customer or asleep.

why i'm teaching this

For five years I built and managed websites for local businesses. Now I'm trying to put myself out of business.

Every piece of my own marketing runs through the system I'm going to show you. I'm teaching owners to do it themselves, so they save the money. If something is truly out of your depth, that's where I come in.

The Marketing Machine is that system in five days. Each day adds one piece. By Friday they work together.

the five days

One piece a day. Finished live.

Make Claude sound like you

You set up one folder Claude works from: your offers, logo, photos and a couple of real reviews. Then you answer a few questions out loud, and Claude learns who you are, who walks in, and how you talk.

You leave with: your business folder, and a post that sounds like you wrote it
tue · nov 17

Flyers that don't look AI-made

Claude pulls your logo, colors and photos from your folder, and you make the flyer together in Claude Design.

You leave with: a flyer for a real offer, ready to post or print
wed · nov 18

A page for every offer

What goes on it, what to leave off, and the prompt that writes it.

You leave with: one offer page drafted for your site
thu · nov 19

Follow-up that answers at 9pm

The reply people get the second they fill out your form, then two short follow-up emails in your voice that answer what everyone asks and bring them back to book. It stops the moment they book.

You leave with: an instant reply live on your form, and a 3-email follow-up you load into your email tool with Claude walking you through it (or ready to paste, if your plan can't automate)
fri · nov 20

A week of posts in an hour

Draft the week in one sitting, then set Claude to draft next week's posts on its own every Monday morning.

You leave with: this week's five posts, and next week's on the way
friday afternoon

Five pieces, built by you, working together.

how the five days fit together

One funnel, built a day at a time.

Monday sets Claude up to know your business. From there it builds every step: the content that brings people in, the page that catches them, and the follow-up that answers every lead until they book.

what it looks like when it's running

Guillermo owns a gym in Las Vegas. Before, every lead waited on him. Now his form answers on its own:

“Immediately after they fill out the form, they get an email with instructions on how to book their class. And they literally just book it by themselves.”
“It was like a weight lifted off my shoulders to know and understand that I can make the changes myself.”

He built that himself, after I showed him how. Thursday of this challenge is that piece.

My one-on-one coaching is $1,500. This is the same method, five days, in a room with other owners.

This is for you if

  • You own a local business and you're the one doing the marketing
  • You've tried an AI tool, got something generic, and stopped
  • You'd rather learn to run it yourself than pay someone forever

It's not for you if

  • You want someone to do it for you (that's a different service; ask me)
  • You can't be live for an hour on at least three of the five days

What you'll need

  • A Claude Pro account ($20 a month, cancel any time). It gives you room to build all week, and everything you'll want after the challenge, like connecting Claude to your site, runs on a paid plan anyway.
  • The Claude desktop app on a Mac or Windows computer. Everything happens in the app, by talking to it. No code, no terminal.
  • An hour a day
  • The login to your website, or the willingness to get it back (the bonus guide shows you how)
the guarantee

Show up live for all five sessions and do each day's piece. If you don't finish Friday with all five built, your seat in the next Marketing Machine is free.

No refunds; the guarantee is the seat.

sales close sunday, november 15

It's live, so it starts on Monday whether you're there or not. Replays come down after 48 hours. VIP closes at 10 seats.

After you pay, you'll get an email with the Zoom link, the Skool invite, and what to have ready on Monday.

Questions

I'm not tech savvy.

Neither is Guillermo, in his words: “I don't consider myself very tech savvy.” Every piece is built step by step, live, and you don't leave a session with it half done.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Everything happens in the Claude desktop app, by talking to it, the same way you'd text someone. Nothing technical, no terminal.

What if I miss a day?

The replay is up for 48 hours, and the community stays open all week. To use the guarantee, come live all five days.

Do I need a website?

For Wednesday and Thursday, yes, or at least the login to one. Monday, Tuesday and Friday work without it.

Why Claude Pro?

You'll be building something every day, and Pro gives you about five times the room the free plan does. Everything I teach after this runs on a paid plan too. It's month to month.

What happens after Friday?

On Friday I'll show you how to keep going: my one-on-one coaching, and a group program for owners who want to keep building together. No pressure, and nothing you need to finish the five days.
